Customer Information  

When you order from our website, we request your name, church name (if applicable), mailing address, shipping address (if different), phone number, and email address.  

 

We use the phone number and/or email address to communicate with you about your order or your account.  At the time of your first order, your name, address, phone number, and email address are put into our customer database.  Unless you request otherwise, we add your mailing address to our postal mailing list to receive catalogs from our company.  If you include your email address, we use it for order verification, shipping notification, and occasional messages about new products or specials. 

 

We do not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise provide a customer’s information to any third party. 

 

Use of Cookies

Credit Card Information 

We only store the last four digits of your credit/debit card. The full number, expiration date, and security code are deleted automatically after your order is processed.

 

If you call in your order, we process your credit card transaction directly. Our customers’ credit card information is not stored electronically and any other way by Tommy Higle Publishers, Inc.  We shred the credit card numbers at the end of every day. Our employees who have access to credit card information are required to keep the information confidential and only use such information to process the order.
